    RENTERS BEWARE! Horrible experience from start to finish! Around 4 months ago we got an overcharge of $250 that we called about, and they seen their mistake and said they would reimburse us, but never did. Now mind you they still owe us this, and 3 to 4 months ago around this same time they overcharge us on the card that pays this bill we get our joint account debit card locked up for fraud alert! Fishy yet! My wife and 5 year old have been in and out of the hospital all during this time, so I never got to follow up to see about all that $250 but sure enough they never reimbursed us. So 3 months ago that card quit paying the bill. They didn't follow Arkansas law, because they are supposed send a certified letter to the occupant of the unit, which we never got. It's supposed to be signed by us before they can auction items off. They then auctioned off around $8,000 worth of items and family heirlooms from loved ones that have passed on, that are irreplaceable. We are seeking legal action. We would have easily paid $4,000 just for the items, but never got a call on stuff that was auctioned off when they owed us more in reimbursement for our storage unit to begin with. Horrible customer service! Horrible business! Evil people! I am posting on every social media platform, and many awesome people are sharing it!

    My sister and I rented storage unit in May 2022. Management changed recently my son came down from Benton to help remove stuff we had trouble with code. I called new management was told not allowed to remove my mom's stuff unless I made three way call to my sister in Texas. I explained unit was in both our names I have keys, our rent has been paid till May management refused to allow me into fenced area.

    Never use this horrible place if you don't want your stuff stolen. DO NOT USE COPPER SAFE STORAGE IN STAR CITY!!!!!!!! I'm absolutely devastated and heartbroken. I went to get some things out of our storage unit at Copper Safe storage today and everything is gone. Thousands of dollars worth of stuff. All my winter clothes, my families winter clothes, all my Christmas decor that I've collected over the years, EVERYTHING. Stuff that was previous to me because it belonged to my daddy who passed away in 2020. I called and the heartless woman I spoke with said the bill hadn't been paid in 3 months so they sold everything. I've been in and out if the hospital since July and so has my 5 year old. We have had a lot going on and I didn't realize it had stopped coming out of my account after I had to get a new card because of some fraudulent charges on my account. It slipped my mind that the storage needed to be changed over to the new account. My issue is that no one from there called to let me know there was a problem. I would have made it right instantly. I'm posting so no one gets hurt the way I have been today. I'm so upset.
