The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and inattentive to me, the only patient in the lobby. Jesse did a great job of getting me ready for the nurse practitioner and the practitioner had very pleasant bedside manner as well. Most people don't go to urgent care because they feel great. If I have to make an appointment there again, if I see her bleach blonde hair and bright red lipstick, I'm out. People expect compassion when they aren't well, not snooty holier than thou acting people. If you don't know the answer to a question, just admit you don't know and work to find out, not chastise and put words in the mouths of patients who asked the questions you lack the mental capacity to answer, when in fact, this is your field and not mine.. The worst experience I've had in a very long time. The first point of contact is very important in any field and this lady made sure to raise my blood pressure because her attitude was so incredibly terrible.

it was my first time visit and i love it so far the people who work there are some really good people from the front desk all the way to the nurse and doctor were so nice to me and also i thank the doctor cause now im feeling a lot better than before cause of the prescriptions that he gave me
