Remy's Towing Service

This company outsources their calls and requires payment up front before a truck is even dispatched. I was told an hour and ended up waiting 4. I called after 2 and asked for a refund and was told that if I cancel the only refund 50%. After the 4 hours I called and said I'm not canceling but id like my money back as you guys have failed to provide a service. They then said it would take 3 to 5 days to get my money back. To talk to the actual people who are in nwa you have to first go through the outsourced calls who relay information to the main stateside people. It was a nightmare to get to someone who actually is in springdale. Their business model is take your money up front and then you get frustrated and cancel when they don't show up and you're just out half of your money and can't do anything about it. Do not give these people your business.

This organization ROCKS!!! I was in a tough spot. My BMW began smoking while I was on an excursion for work to US and it was night. Had it towed to the BMW business nearby. At the point when I got the statements from the seller, I concluded I would prefer to have my guaranteed BMW repairman in San Diego do the fixes. Did the google Quote solicitation to perceive the number of tow organizations would tow from Arkansas, and to get estimating. These folks were proficient, brief and evaluated right. They put my Beemer on a level bed and got her to my technician completely secure from Arkansas. Energetically suggested! They strolled me through it and sent me pictures. Conveyed the whole way!!!! Much appreciated folks! Truly, removed the nervousness from this entire interaction!

They wanted to charge me $388 for a jump start on my semi truck . I understand that I have a Semi truck and should pay a little extra for the work involved but that was ridiculously expensive and it shows how unethical this company is. Price gouging is despicable.
