Very disappointing behavior. I had requested a tow service around 4:15 and they told me it would be an hour. I called around 5 to see about an eta because the place I was towing it to closes at six. They said they would be here soon dealing with 5 oclock traffic, and I said no big deal. I knew I was going to leave my car over night anyways and the place its going is 2 miles down the road. Around 5:50 I call and tell them I have to cancel and they said the tow truck was in the parking lot, and I said sorry I didnt get a call or anything to let me know they were here, (because my car is at my apartment so Im inside, but my apartment doesnt have a view of where Im parked). Then they hung up on me in the middle of saying I didnt know I needed to wait with my car. Overall poor customer service.

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had!! I bought a new house not to long ago within 3 weeks I needed my Polaris rzr towed. So I called Dans heavy towing, they showed up to tow my rzr upon departure they left a absurdly noticeable oil spill in my driveway. When I got back from work I tried cleaning it without calling anyone. I couldnt get it off because I didnt have a power washer or any good solution. So I called Dan for help since he was the one reliable for the damage. He came out twice to fix the problem but he just poured some solution and scrubbed for a little and walked away making the the problem a little worse. He said he had fixed the noticeable oil spill but as you can see in the pictures he didnt. For him to say its clean and that it doesnt matter because its city property when its literally my driveway. No one should go through the experience I went through if they didnt care about my property what makes you think they will care about yours. Service: Motorcycle towing
