LeeAnn is amazing. She has never been pushy to get me out of the office so she can see her next patient. She always takes her time with her patients and tries to understand them fully. I followed her from her last practice even though it's a longer drive and I am so glad I did. Favorite doctor ever!

Leanne is AWESOME!! However, I only give her a 3 star rating because it appears that since she went with Northwest Medical group the personal service has declined greatly. I called for an appointment 2 weeks ago today and never received a response. I then stopped by the office to make an appointment and it was closed for lunch (Understandable). Then I stopped by another day and the office was closed due to an injured employee (possibly Leanne). Last night I got online to try to message Leanne about the situation and instead found a way to make an appointment online. YAY!! This morning I was called and my appointment was cancelled. While explaining to the person that called me what had happened, I was interrupted and told there was an issue with an injured employee of the office. THIS IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE LACK OF A CALLBACK FROM THE PAST FEW WEEKS. After the interruption I was asked if I want to make an appointment for next week or not. It was then that I decided that I would no longer EVER trust my healthcare to any facility associated with Northwest Medical!
