Dr.Olsen and his staff are all great. My husband and myself have been patients here for several years. He is very patient and never makes us feel rushed, as other Dr's have.

Dr. Olsen is amazing. He takes time to answer anything you ask. He has a great "bedside manner" and makes you comfortable. His staff is awesome as well. By far the best doctor in NWA. Dr. Olsen cares about his patients. He is not the type to pack the patients in and have his hand out. It is quality care not quantity.

There is not enough good things I can say about Dr. Olsen and his staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Olsen for probably close to 20 years. He is the first doctor that I have ever felt comfortable around. He has helped me in so many ways over the years by listening and truly caring. I contribute me being alive to both Dr. Olsen and Dr. Ramaswamy at Walker Heart Institute. His referral for a CT scan saved my life. My symptoms were identical to panic disorder. He could have just written me a quick scrip and sent me on my way, but instead, he wanted to be sure and referred me to Mercy Hospital who at the time had a grant from American Heart Association. His extra care and attention was how they found a issue with my heart. This was literally life saving. Thank you Dr. Olsen and your wonderful staff!

Olsen suddenly got rid of some of his primary care patients in early 2020, telling them he was quitting primary care to concentrate on hormone replacement therapy instead. The doctor acknowledged that he knew he would be doing that months ago. Yet, he never sent out any correspondence to let people know he was getting rid of them; he just waited till they made an appointment and then dropped the news on them that he could no longer see them. My mother, who was a long time patient of his, asked for a referral to another doctor that she could see, but he refused to give her one, telling her that he knew of no one. A doctor who's been practicing medicine for many years knows no other doctor to refer his patients to? I don't believe that for a moment. Does any of this sound professional or ethical to you? From everything I've heard, doctors normally give some notice when moving or retiring from a practice, and they give referrals to make sure that their patients will be cared for after they leave. Instead, this guy just suddenly dropped patients and hung them out to dry.
