Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Springdale

I could not find a place to report this manager to your HR department so I am forced to post here. My daughter came home in tears after one of your managers that goes by the name of Medina had my daughter on her hands and knees, scrubbing a kitchen floor that she had just completed sweeping and moping. This kind of demining behavior has not been acceptable since our ancestors were freed from slavery. My daughter had finished cleaning when she came in and was throwing things on the floor and asked my daughter to clean it up... when she asked if there was a scrub she said" get on your hands and knees and scrub it". This kind of abuse is not acceptable. I will be forced to take action if you do not rectify this incident.

This property is definitely not up to the standards of the Marriott brand. I am a titanium member of the Marriott club which doesnt mean that I am important, it means that I am away from home too much. I wont stay here again and would recommend that you dont either. The management of this property should be embarrassed to put travelers in rooms like this and to demand $200/night for it. Thanks but no thanks, never again

Front desk woman was super rude and didn't care that we were there. I think her name was Shannon, she was on her phone and was rude to my wife. She decided to give her personal opinion and say my looked dirty even though he just had a bath the night before. There was a weird unpleasant oder at the front desk when we were talking to her that faded when we left the front desk
