        I waited in line for a while, everyone was standing around up front, a couple of other customers in front of me were helped. Employees still standing around not helping. One of the delivery drivers walked in and did what he needed to do, and he waited on me.. His name was David he was super friendly and super helpful. He took time out to help when others normally wanna rush you. Everyone needs to learn and take notes to be like David. David seemed to know his job well.. he is the only reason I gave 5 stars. If you want good customer service i Suggest go see David at springdale autozone

        The store has the worst service, and the worst manager I have ever met in my entire life. at this store, and I have never met someone as bad Hector, he is the store manager, he was very rude and disrespectful, and he was getting onto his employees for no reason as well as not even helping customers you might as well just go right down the road to a different AutoZone or an OReillyss
