I always had my hair done professionally at a salon, sorry not sorry but I will never go back to this salon. Ive never been to a salon that does not wash your hair before cutting it. I paid 35$ for my haircut, it wasnt even washed, blow dry and style. Going to the salon supposed to make you feel really good after getting your hair done. Your hair supposed looks super refresh etc. This haircut couldve been done by myself at home. Its felt like my hair was tied to a pony tail and cut off and then all done. At the time, I was shocked and didnt want to be rudeI do not like to cause a scene. So lets just say, I will never go back and do not recommended anyone going there. ******I don't know why I can't respond back to the owner comment below but it was Melissa Reimer who accepted appointment on 3/26 11am (I am unsure but thats the only name I have on appointment). My daughter and I both came in for a trim and brow waxed. She mess up my daughters bangs and my daughter was devastates!!!! She also messed up my eye brows as well, I just needed a clean up but she made my brows thinner! Never in my life have my brows been this thin! Horrible horrible experience!!! And again, who the heck doesn't wash their customer hair before cutting? My whole 20+ life of getting my hair done have never been this way??? Service: Haircut
