It was awesome, got my first gun.
Got the help I needed
Retailers need to tell buyers more about the products. I bought my gun without knowing it doesnt have a safety.

I bought a pair of Fort Thompson waders mid January of 2024. I hunted a rice field two times and on the second use the waders started leaking. I had the waders for less than 30 days and returned them early February of 2024 to be replaced under warranty. They found the leak but informed me that it would not be covered under warranty and could sell me a patch kit instead. This is absolutely unacceptable service. If you can't help your customers with a product that costs over $250 and is obviously defective from the manufacturer, you shouldn't be selling these at all. I would not recommend buying waders or any product from Fort Thompson, and I will be telling anyone I know to stay far away. These people will not help you or back their products. If you are in need of waders I would advise you look at Mack's Prairie Wings, BMT Outdoors or Chene Gear instead.
