Worked with an Agent Teri and had mixed feelings about the whole ordeal. I am a first time home buyer and moved from out of state so we relied heavily on our agent. during the initial stages she was great, she went to the houses we liked and took videos. She was super responsive and easy to get ahold of. Once we finally got an offer approved it was hard to get in touch with her. It went from a call or text within 5-10 minutes to then waiting 1-4 hours which only got worse as time went on. For instance the last thing we were waiting for was a home appraisal which when it finally came in Teri was no where to be found. It took her till the next day to get back with us regarding the next steps and what we needed to do. Once we finally signed the paperwork to the house and officially purchased the house she was even harder to get ahold of. After a grueling 30 hour drive from Arizona we finally got to the house where we were not able to locate the key ( Granted this is mostly on the sellers realtors end ). After 3 calls she finally picked up and never followed through to get a picture of the location of the key. After finally digging around in the ground during a huge thunderstorm we were finally able to get the key and get into the house. This is where Teri went completely MIA. All the questions I had - Never answered. The only thing I heard was when she needed something signed on her end. All in all I would NOT work with teri again, and I would much rather go with a full time person. This experience has really changed my view on buying a home and not for the better.
