I called on a Friday about a backed up main. As far as plumbing emergencies go some are more urgent than. I would give a backed up main sewer line 4 out of 5 on the emergency scale. They said they could come Monday and I agreed. At 3:00 p.m. I became worried and called at which point they assured me that they are. At 5:30 p.m. and their voicemail mailbox was. I waited 10 a.m. the following day before booking someone else. Very Unprofessional!

Bad Plumber!!! Last year I had a water main leak. So I called a plumber to come out and repair. The plumber had to come twice to repair. After the second repair attempt, I still had a slow leak. The plumber insisted that it was repaired and that my water meter was bad or I just need to replace the whole water line leading to the house. After months of having a continue small leak it finally emerged into a much larger leak that needed repair. This time I used a different plumber (Mike @ Roto Rooter) that found the leak and did a ROCK SOLID repair. My water meter dial doesnt move. NO leak!!! Also, Mike had informed me that whoever did the previous repair job, didnt know what they were doing and the water line should have never been repaired the way it was. AVOID!!!
