Karen Thornton did an amazing job selling our condo in Hot Springs. It was 22 days from listing to closing! I loved the energy and knowledge Karen brought to our transactions. She used technology (e-signing) when it was good for me, but she also worked with us in person when that was needed. Her efficiency and skills made things go very smoothly. Of course, I enjoy her happy demeanor and friendly personality, but she definitely got the job accomplished like a pro!

Karen assisted us with the sale of our condo in Hot Springs. First contract wasnt successful but we quickly got a second one! We were more detailed on the contract and things went smoothly. Karen responded even though she was on vacation.
