I have had ICU Protection protecting my home since we moved to the area January 21. I have a driveway camera with 24/7 recording & a doorbell camera. And anytime my camera picks up anything I get a notification on my phone which is awesome. The videos r sharp with night vision as well. Its very easy to operate and u always r able to talk to a real person and even the owner if necessary but Billy Mac has a great staff with knowledge of the products. It really makes me feel Secure in these crazy times! I would highly recommend ICU Protection to anyone! Located on Kiehl Ave. Sherwood Ar.

Felt I was baited and switched. When I initially signed up, Billy Mac, an excellent salesman, convinced me to sign at the initial consult. Good on him. Not long after, my billing services were sold to a third party based in Memphis when I was under the impression all the business (service/billing) would be handled locally. Since the transfer of billing services to Securitas (based out of Memphis) I have had to either re-enter or create a new payment account three times in as many months. Currently, Securitas is unable to verify that I have created my account and their customer service is akin to talking with a stone wall. ICU simply deflects and throws their hands up and says we are here for you for your physical needs! Everything else, monitoring, billing, really anything beyond replacing damaged equipment rests upon the shoulders of etheric entities you would be lucky to make contact with during a seance, let alone and email or phone call. Save yourself the trouble and find any other business to provide your security needs. I feel if youre not a high-paying company, you dont get any kind of personalized service. I regret everything about doing business with this company.
