Bobby Fairrow

Mr. Fairrow had a very professional relationship with us in the beginning. He is very responsive and makes himself available to his customers. The issue came when he neglected to remove a vehicle, which had been traded in, from our insurance. We told him numerous times to remove the vehicle. He just continued to make excuses, resulting in us overpaying our insurance bill. The next month, we received a huge bill, so we called Farmers Insurance customer service. They reimbursed us for the previous month and adjusted our bill for the current month. With the reimbursement and adjustment, our bill became $211 lower! That is huge! I would not suggest doing business with Mr. Fairrow.

This Scumbag tried to charge me for a vehicle that i traded in so i called farmers insurance myself to report that i no longer had this vehicle they immediately took it off and i seen a drastical change in my monthly bill i wouldn't recommend him to nobody
