Holiday Inn Express & Suites Little Rock North Sherwood, an IHG Hotel

A very nice hotel located near a medical community. The staff was courteous and informative. There was a delay with maintenance when requested but nothing extremely important to demean this gem of a property. The breakfast was too good the breakfast was too good!(Thats how good it was). Clean rooms, exceptional staff, priced just right. What more could one ask for?9.3/10

UPDATED REVIEW: I was able to get in touch with the manager today. He explained the price differences and made a pricing adjustment and made sure we had a good rate for the remainder of our stay. I am grateful for the courtesy and understanding! What started out as a horrible experience turned into exceptional! Thank you! INITIAL REVIEW: Giving an overall 2 because we are here for an emergency visit to the hospital. I was charged $408 for two nights/quoted $179 a night before taxes. This is a higher rate than online and my family members booked 1 room before me and 1 after for $109 a night! Im ticked! And when going to ask the front they told me the manager booked me and I have to wait and talk to him tomorrow but hes not in until we are already gone. If this isnt corrected (a $140 refund) we will definitely be moving hotels for any additional days or future visits. Also, our room wasnt serviced while we were at the hospital. No made beds, clean towels, emptied trash and the sink wont drain. Definitely frustrating, especially during this difficult time.

This hotel has just recently opened, so it is very clean and really nice. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. My wife says the cinnamon rolls were the best she's ever had.

One night stay Outstanding. Overall experience is excellent from check in to check out. I want to give a shout out to Nova (not positive on her name). She handled making the reservation on the phone and was there at check out. She was up beat and really seemed to like her job. It was a joy dealing with a friendly employee. Your hotel is beautiful new and very comfortable. Bed good. Plenty of restaurants near by and nice area. We ate at Saltgrass near the hotel. Delicious. Breakfast was good and hot and those cinnamon rolls a must. Stay here you wont be disappointed trust me.
