Dr. Alley is a likable fellow and a good dentist. The only problem is his business practices. He insist on being paid upfront before work is done. The amount they want is more than his contract with the insurance allows. So you pay him more than the insurance share plus your share. You get no statement showing services performed. You get a cash register receipt show the amount you paid and the date. After the insurance pays their share, you have to go collect that amount back from Dr. Alley plus any excess you paid. He is the only dentist I've ever known that uses that "business model". Most of them file with your insurance then send you a bill showing date of service, service performed, amount insurance paid and a bill for the remainder. That is a normal dental practice.

My family and I have been going to Dr Alley since 2007. Highly recommended! He has always been available when I have needed him and his staff are freindly and professional. Very thankful to the military and veterans of our community. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Definitely didn't like the vibe The Dentist's could be nice but I didn't feel right and the woman at the front desk is not too Friendly

I really like Dr.Alley! Ive been going to him for all of my dental needs for several years now. The only down side are his staff, especially the lady in the front who checks patients in and out and answers the phone.(Tanya? Tamya?) Always rude and not welcoming at all. Shes been especially rude during the whole covid situation and I refuse to go back and have to deal with her nonsense and lack of common sense. Sorry Dr Alley:(
