I love leaving honest reviews. Lora and Ty take very good care of business. Being in the property management industry can be stressful but they handle it with ease. Lora is so hands on. She literally changed out my front door lock with me LOL and I call Ty so much that I know she would like to block me but she stills remain patient with me. I'm really excited about this transition. Whenever it gets tough or harder, HANG IN THERE! You guys are doing great!

I've lived in a few apartment complexes in my life, and this one is absolutely at the top of my list. The buildings are well maintained, the grounds are kept, the location is great, and the staff is phenomenal. Lora, the community manager, is very professional and very easy to talk to, she truly does care about the residents. I have and will continue to recommend this complex to anyone in the area who is looking for a place to live.

Ms. Ty & Ms. Lora are some really nice ladies. They have made some great improvements since Calcap has taken over property. I really enjoy them working in the office of my apartment complex.

This new management team is LIT! Anytime I come in the office I'm greeted with the smiling face of Ms. Ty and she's always so helpful and pleasant. The new community manager Ms. Lora is actually available to talk to you about anything you need. The last manager stayed in the office and didn't have time for anyone. Ms. Lora is out on the property talking to tenants and interacting with the kids like we were all her family. If you need an apartment in Sherwood or near by go ahead and stop looking and get to Sherwood Trails.
