The Cove at 300

I have lived here for the past 2 years and I love it. The staff and manager are friendly and always willing to help with maintenance and any questions you have. The units are well-maintained and clean and the atmosphere is family friendly.

First off I want to say The Apartment Manager is amazing! I love Mrs. Marilyn a lot! When we moved in and had some issues with our fridge and garbage disposal they came and fixed it. While they were here I mentioned some issues with an outlet and a ceiling fan that didnt work and Maintenance fixed them right away. Kenny and the other gentleman were really nice. I personally think it is great. Mrs. Marilyn invites every body to cook outs or parties. Yesterday she took the time to order catering and bought stuff for a hot chocolate bar. She always tries to be as involved as possible for tenants.

Ive lived at the Cove for three months. I rented a studio as I went through a transition in my life. Ive been very pleased with management with maintenance request and with the general overall sense of community that I find here I dont understand why there are negative comments here on previous The manager. Here has been nothing but kind there are promotions. There are giveaways there are clean grounds theres a nice barbecue area and even the mailman is a pleasure in the morning if youd like an address with a fair and willing staff who is able to help whenever you need it give this place a call youll be glad that you did

This is a great place to live. It is a safe community full of nice people. The office and maintenance staff are always quick to respond and help with any issues that come up. If you are looking for a great home, then this is the place for you.
