        Liz helped me buy my home in Searcy just a year ago. I was in another state and going through a divorce and she made sure everything was taken care of here. She has been my friend not just a realtor. When my grandma passed sooner than expected; she didnt rush me and told me when and if I wanted to sell and move back closer to my family, she would help. Liz gave me advice on how to get my home ready to sell. It was listed on a Wednesday and sold on Friday for the listed price! She is a huge blessing and so kind as well as being professional, prompt, and smart! I highly recommend Liz Howell for all your real estate needs!
