Big fan of these guys here, especially Garrett Philpot. He was the perfect agent for our selling our 2 bedroom on 2 acres in Beebe. Great communication, and friendly to work with. We were living out of state at the time, so he was extra helpful to have an eye on the property and keep things going smoothly. I first called him about this house in mid December, he had it listed in a few days, multiple offers by the next day, and closed by the end of Jan. Can't beat that. Also that drone footage, wow.
