        We had originally reached out to Michelle with Action for a spring repair which they replaced. However, that spring ended up popping as well a few months later. We reached back out Michelle and scheduled for them to come back out understanding they are now under Mcgriff Repair and Install and that the spring repair was no longer under warranty. She said they would be able to come that Friday morning after her DMV visit, which was fine. Around the time she was supposed to be at our home (we had taken off for the day so we would be here for the repair), she texts again saying they had an emergency call and would be over later that same day. We asked for a time frame several times but we were completely ghosted until Saturday night. In the meantime, we had another company come out and do an evaluation. The first spring put in was a 2 spring when our door called for a 3. Because of the wrong spring size, our cables are now loose and our garage door is in jeopardy of completely coming off and collapsing. This has now turned into over a $600 fix. We reached back out to Michelle after our inspection from the other company to share their findings and asked how they would like to rectify the situation. Again, no response. I do NOT recommend this company. It may be perceived they are knowledgeable, but they are not and their communication and commitment to customers is lacking.

        They both were very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and detailed with my garage system. They were quick with the installation, but very thorough. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!!!! Thank You McGriff's !!!

        Friendly and down to earth. They got the job done on a weekend even though most places are closed so I was able to enjoy may garage soon as I moved into my home. Love how quiet it opens the garage and it works perfect.
