I just purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma Sport 4WD from Brian at Creekwood Motors. I live just a little over 6 hours one way. I've been purchasing vehicles for many years and never had such a positive experience as this one. From the beginning in talking with Ty and then Brian they provided professional and honest service, everyone from the secretary to the young man that transported me to drop off my rental vehicle (sorry couldn't remember yawls name). I went ahead and got preapproved prior to driving out. There were no hidden fees as other dealerships try to do. They offered pick up at Little Rock International, but airfare was high at the time, so I rented a vehicle. I will not hesitate to travel this distance again for future purchases. I know this sounds strange, but they made me feel like family. I wasn't just some number, in efforts to make a sale. The truck was clean and ready for test drive upon arrival and performs as expected. The process took about 1 hour and would have been less time than that, but I love to talk. I recommend financing thru them as they beat my local Credit Unions APR which never happens.
