So all remote, digital. Got a unit and couldn't get in the gate. Contact company, outsourced call center. Told me to put a code in 100 different ways. Finally sir you need to download the app. Ok. App won't let you log in as a new contact. So I did that online. Finally I get the gate open. Get to the storage unit and the door is bashed in. Took 15 minutes to get a unit. Took 30 minutes to get through the gate. Took a hour and a half to get a new unit. They kept asking me if the unit had a lock on it. No unit has a lock. They are Bluetooth latches. If you tear the little blue label off the unit and enter it there is a free lock inside. Ma'am! There. Are. No. Locks. The door is bashed in. So finally they assigned me a new unit. Problem solved. Figure it out on you own, because this so called costumer service, doesn't have a clue.
