        Nice quiet place to spend the afternoon. Public restrooms available. Nice small lake with Canadian geese. Picnic tables and grills. Plenty of parking.

        This is a hidden gem. We were traveling cross-country and it was just a short distance off of I-440 near I-40 intersection. Stopped at nearby Jose's Mexican grill for dinner which was pretty decent. Arrived after hours and went directly to our site. It was paved and very level. This campground does not have many sites, so it is very quiet and lots of space between sites. Showers and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Enjoyed a nice peaceful late-evening walk around the campground after a long day on the road.
