        Guys did a great job. Very organized and professional. The machine they use to move the logs around is really easy on the yard. Couldn't even tell they drove through it. The way they cleaned up afterward is extremely thorough. Almost like they took a broom to the yard! Price was lower that some competitors bids. I'd absolutely recommend them.

        We booked this crew to cut down several dead trees in our yard along with some branch trimming. A gentlemen came to take a look and gave us estimate. And that was the last we heard of them. I called several times, they gave me bunch of excuses and promised we were going to have the job done soon, that was several months ago. Disappointment

      Hello Ms. Vargova, we appreciate your review as it gives us a chance to address your concerns. You approved an estimate back on March 2nd. As you know, March, April and May are incredibly rainy months here in Arkansas. As previously advised, weather is our biggest challenge when it comes to scheduling. In addition to the delay from the rain, you made it abundantly clear that we were not to put any equipment in your yard until it completely dried up to avoid ruts. Our goal is to cause as little damage as possible from our equipment to our clients yards so we were happy to comply. However, back to back rainy weeks did cause a severe delay not only for you but for all of our clients with approved quotes. We can only control what we can. It’s unfortunate that you felt that our reasons for the delay were excuses and we hope that you can see that’s not the case. Have a blessed day!

      Hello Ms. Williamson, we appreciate your review as it allows us to address your concerns. You called in on July 21st requesting an estimate for trimming and removal of several trees. I expressed that our schedule was overwhelmed due to the storm that occurred in the early morning hours of June 18th. I advised that we had 120 (and counting) clients with storm damage at that time. Most of them with trees/limbs on their structures. I assured you that we would get to you as quickly as we were able. Less than a week went by and we were notified of a 1 star review on July 27th considering us non-responsive. I reached out and you stated several times that we should have just updated you. I expressed that we are a 4 person crew and were doing our absolute best to take care of everyone in a timely manner. Since then, you have approved an estimate and are expecting us in the fall. We look forward to taking care of your trees and providing you the 5 star experience we strive for with all of our clients. Have a blessed day!
