Working with TJ and the Lighthouse team has been an awesome experience. We started looking for houses in the Russellville area, the last weekend of July 2023. From that time until we closed on our house, December 1st, TJ was with us every step of the way. We knew what we wanted, but our initial expectations were not fully aligned with reality. It seemed, early on that we changed the scope on TJ in every discussion. Through all the changes, the multiple offers written, TJ was patient, understanding of our needs, and continued to support us. He is professional, has great connections in the area, and has become a friend to our family. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for real estate, and would use him again in the future!
