First off i will say i am remaking my review from a year ago. This place has helped me 2 times. And i appreciate them so much. Cindy is a sweet helpful lady who gets back to you fast with any questions. And miss jessica helps super fast. Very fast response. And she is so sweet and always has a smile. And they get someone to help you as fast as possible. I recommend this place 100%. Everyone is so friendly. And helpful. I thhink they deserve more then 5 stars.

Whatever you do stay away from this place. I rented an apartment from them for my Mom and it was the worst mistake I had ever made in my life. When we encounter a problem they either half fix it or don't ever show up to fix the problem. The front door has some major gaps at the top and bottom allowing all kinds of rodents and insects in the apartment. I begged them to replace the door and they refused too. They came out and put something on the door but did not fix the problem. About a month later a snake crawled through the gap and was in the apartment with my Mother who is 84 years old. I called Cindy and she told me to catch the snake and remove it from the apartment. No one from the agency removed or called someone to remove the snake. Finally we found the snake at the front door and killed the snake. Then we started noticing roaches and other bugs crawling through the gaps and notified Cindy about that and she said she would try to get someone out to spray. After 2 weeks and no one ever showing up I contacted her again and she said someone came out and my Mom wouldn't answer the door. My Mom is always home and she always lets someone in that needs to check on something. My Mom said no one ever came out and I believe her because Cindy's handyman told my Mom 3 months ago that he would replace a piece on the front door that was broken. He never has returned and replaced the part. Would have already moved but will have to pay $1700.00 to get out of the lease.
