I can not thank small fee reality enough especially Sara Dalton (highly recommended) shes been an amazing person she was patient and a really great person all the way around she has been a god send to us all the late nights staying up sending homes her way to look at the breakdowns the crying til we found our forever home that has been everything weve been waiting for thank u Sara thank u for all the hard work u have put into this and reminding me to b patient lol which we both know I dont have any of I would highly recommend them to anyone anytime Sincerely The Phillips

In a market such as the one we have you have to have a realtor who is tenacious! I think that might be Sara Ds middle name. She is the most hard working realtor or person I have ever met. She always has a smile on her face and works above and beyond to fulfill the needs, request and all the information you need to find your forever home. I absolutely loved working with her! If you need a realtor give her a shout. She will take great care of you!!!
