Kroger Pharmacy

Took FOREVER and I watched the pharmacist sneeze directly into his hands. So gross for a medical place.

Unlike one of the biggest chains/names in pharmacies in town the pharmacist at the Russellville Kroger location actually cares about helping to fulfill a prescription.

They have become so unorganized, terrible long lines, rude, disrespectful young people attending to you. You request refills days in advance you Might get lucky & they'll be ready in a week. Common sense is definitely not common in this pharmacy any more. Good luck getting through the phone system... Dead air no auto system anymore. No drive thru (slowest way anyway)

This is the worse place I ever have used the pharmacy. They don't care the patients. They are rude people. Our son needs a very serious medication and called there a couple of days beforehand to refill it and we we go to get the refill, they said they are out of stock. They asked to change the pharmacy rather than trying to help. They may be treating people differently based on our looks or other things. She even behaved like she did not understand our English. Please don't go this place.
