Worst bed side manner Ive ever encountered. The nurses are great but Dr kitchens has an attitude, doesnt communicate, and is extremely unprofessional. I went in to have a filling done, but went in with severe pain due to an infection. He looked at my mouth for a second and then told me, two front bottom teeth need to be pulled. Im in complete shock and panic and thats all he tells me. Then tells me to meet him at the front and I said no I dont know whats going on.. can you tell me options or communicate with me whats going on? And he had an attitude and still didnt really tell me anything. Every question or time I spoke to him he was extremely unprofessional. He prescribed me antibiotics but when I asked about pain medicine he acted like a child and stormed off to another computer then came back to hand me the prescription and never told me what he was giving me or anything. Then I get a brochure for an oral surgeon and sent out the door. I get to the pharmacy and find out he prescribed me pain medicine Im allergic to. I am 28years old and This was the second time Ive ever seen him or been to this clinic and he already wants to pull my teeth out with out any other treatment options for my gums which is the cause of my infection. Needless to say, Im getting a second opinion and will never be back to this office nor refer anyone I actually care about to this office.

Came to them after not having been to the dentist in 10 years since I was 17! I was fearful and nervous going in but not for long because these ladies make you feel SO comfortable and they truly care about you as a person. I can tell they genuinely love what they do and want to give me my best, most confident smile. Thank you to the amazing staff, my teeth havent looked this good in a very long time! -Megan Huddleston

What a fantastic experience with Dr Kitchens! I flew in from California, and realized I had a tooth abscessing. I called Dr Kitchens at the last minute but he was great calling in antibiotics for me to start right then, then setting an appointment up for the next day. After X-rays it was determined the tooth would need extracting. No surprise to me because it was a 61 year old baby tooth that I had been having trouble with for awhile. Dr Kitchens agreed to allow me to keep the tooth in for the weekend wedding I was attending, but came in early Monday morning to work me in for the extraction. I was on my way by 8a. No pain, during or after the procedure. Im so thankful for Dr Kitchens, and the compassion he showed to me, he turned what could have been a horrible experience into one that wasnt bad at all.
