I started my kitchen remodel project in April 2022 and ordered custom cabinets through Lowe's. I spent tens of thousands of dollars to make my new kitchen user friendly because of my particular disability. Here its November 2023 and my installation still is not finished. Two weeks from the second Thanksgiving in a row and my oven is still sitting on my kitchen floor. How can I prepare a family dinner this way? Their cabinet installation partner is Incredible Installation. Also their deliver partner, GBT Freight, ran over my chain link fence and gate in July 2022 and I had to pay for the expensive repairs out of my own pocket because both Lowe's and GBT Freight deny responsibility although I have video from my security cameras, photographs and the driver admitted fault. Let's put this into perspective. How would they feel if it was their own mother's kitchen? This is no way to treat a 66 year old 100% disabled veteran. Services: Installation, Kitchen remodeling
