Big Poppa's of Russellville got started in 2021, to be simply put, it was just two guys with a dream of owning a BBQ restaurant in Russellville. Both had a background with customer service and both love to cook. Our motto is the customer always comes first.We have the power to bring a customer not only the best BBQ but the best customer service and that's what we strive for. Our passion is our customers' satisfaction and serving the best BBQ we can. We believe that eating a good meal brings happiness and joy to our customers. Life is short, so be happy and eat BBQ!Both of us have been pit masters with over 10 years of experience combined with cooking barbeque. All of our rubs and sauces are homemade.We started in Texas, we've won Restaurant of the Year and our chicken breast has won top honors in Case Competition and People's Choice. We won Best Tacos in NWA, the River Valley and Eastern Oklahoma for our BBQ Tacos.
