ELXR Yoga Lounge - Pinnacle Hills

I have attended yoga before , I always love it, but I didnt feel like I am progressing so I stopped going. Then, recently, a friend asked me to go to yoga class with her, I hesitated for a while, and never went because I thought Yogas not for me anyway. But Husband and I decided to give it a try again coz we think that we needed it anyway. We started from Deep Stretch, tried Power Yoga, got hooked and improved so much since then! And keeps on improving along the way. Instructors are great, they will make sure to teach you the proper poses and progress to a full pose! The ambience is nice and friendly. We feel at home and comfortable, no judgement, just there to improve ourselves, let go, and have fun!

I have been a member of ELXR Yoga Lounge for over a year now, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made for my physical and mental well-being. The studio is always clean and inviting. The teachers are knowledgeable, compassionate, and they create a supportive environment that allows me to challenge myself without feeling overwhelmed. The hot yoga classes are challenging and invigorating, with a focus on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after every class. I highly recommend ELXR Yoga Lounge! If youre a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this is the place to practice. I am grateful to be a part of this community, and I look forward to continuing my practice here.

My new yoga home! I love this place. All of the instructors are well trained in the art of yoga and modifications. They are friendly, professional and stewards of their craft. I have taken a class with each at instructor at Rogers ELXR, and all are impressive. The atmosphere - You drop of your shoes and worries at the door. Then, you step into a warm room with dim lights, groovy tunes, and a Beyonce quote to keep you motivated. You set your spot in the room (maybe by the wall, in the back, or right in the heart of the class), then proceed to the lounge to drop off your phone and extra baggage. The best part of the lounge is chillin' for a moment with the instructor and fellow yogis that are here to sweat. The classes are intense. You will sweat profusely in a power class, moderately in a stretch and flow, and mildly in a deep stretch class. All can provide you just what you need, if you are willing to show up, push, and stretch yourself. It's just great! I love this place!

My fianc and I walked into a Wednesday evening power flow class with Nicole and I instantly knew I had found home. The vibe is EVERYTHING! Dim lighting, great music, and the instructors are so sweet and knowledgeable. I love the push and challenge of every class Ive been to and the sweat is unreal! So happy to have found a place where I can mentally release again.
