Customer Service was great, but in no way do i suggest bringing your vehicle here, the mechanics definition of "diagnostics" is scanning the check engine light codes and checking fluid, he did say he would check the wiring but only upon request. Stated he needed to drop my oil pan in order to diagnose the transmission because the fluid smelled burnt when all that would do is be a 225$ charge for a transmission fluid change and most likely be told the transmission needs repaired or replaced. Burnt transmission fluid would be exactly what will cause slipping or erratic gear shifts which was exactly what i brought the vehicle to them for. I give some credit for being half right but the mechanic does not seem to care to put any real effort or thought into what could be going on with the vehicle and can definitely use a refresher on how the computer components of the car can cause similar issues to a transmission needing repaired or replace as he told me when asked if he could check the PCM that it would have nothing to with 1st gear shifting to second at a high RPM which is very wrong, also the transmission gives its on set of codes when connected to the proper scanner that would give more insight and be more cost effective than to pay to have the transmission pan dropped. In conclusion, just about any auto parts store will check the check engine light for free and shops such as Kwik Kar or Meinike will change the transmission fluid for 180$ instead of the 225$ and misinformation this mechanic gives.
