Levi was a tremendous help! Even when his towing truck wouldnt let him back up, he helped me push my vehicle the rest of the way. Levi went above and beyond! Very happy and pleased with his service.

Insurance assigned them, time kept changing over almost 3 hours. It would say 10 minutes away then change to over a hour. Tried calling but the receptionist would cut us off when trying to ask questions. Was rude and not helpful. Ended up canceling because they said he had to stop and help other toes and werent sure when it would be there. Need to improve communication to be accurate and professional. Service: Car towing

Can I give less than 1 star? They were so polite at first. The gentleman that showed up to tow so so nice and polite. He asked if we try to jump one more time. I said "sure". It did start up. We let it run and decided to try driving. They charge $65 for that jump. I finished my trip back to work and turned it off. I immediately tried to start it, but nothing. Dead. I called back and asked about a tow and they said it would be a new service and a new charge for the full. I told the girl on the phone that was crazy. She passed the phone to another gentleman and I had to explain the whole thing all again - looking for a little mercy. Nope! He said that would be a new service and new charge. I was already frustrated from my day and they made it 10 times worse. I will never knowingly use them again. I called a difference tow company for a quote and it was them as well. Don't remember the name of the second. I'm a fair and patient person, but....I DON'T RECOMEND!
