I walked in and walked up to order. The guy states "It will be 15 minutes before I can get to you". So I left.

Hands down the best subway places Ive ever visited. Very VERy clean and safe The guy preparing my sandwich was very friendly and attentive. 100% recommended!!

The restaurant was super clean. Tyler was very hospitable and personable. He also made the best sandwich I have ever had at a Subway restaurant. We will definitely be returning!

Me and my girlfriend have been coming here weekly no problem since June 2023. Never again! I ordered the Pizza sub that Ive ordered since 2nd grade to college- Sauce from the meatballs, mozzarella (they were out of shredded so I ordered fresh) pepperoni, and olives. VERY SIMPLE. I get home ready to devour my beautiful sub and to my demise I see the worst sandwich Ive ever seen. Warm bread, pepperoni, and sprinkled parmesean. I call the store at 7:50 CST with my receipt in hand. I tell the worker my issue and he says this I did what was on receipt it just says pepperoni and parmesean AS IM LOOKING AT THE RECEIPT AND IT SAYS PIZZA SUB (ADDED FRESH BL GIO MOZZERELLA +$2.10) He then tells me at 7:50 that hes locking the doors and that if I dont come in 5 minutes I cant get a new sub. On the app, and online it says they close at 9. I dont know who was working at 1/6/24 at 7:00, but they are the worst subway worker Ive encountered in my life. Every other employee Ive met at this location has been nothing but kind and respectful. We even tipped!. I just want my pizza sub :(

Absolute shocking customer service - I went to order my food when the guy taking my order asked me how many sandwiches I said 3. Someone walked in after me and he asked how many sandwiches they said 1 , he said ok Ill help them first. I suggest going to a different sandwich store that takes care of you as you walk in not whats easiest for them. Awful customer service. Go to jimmy johns across the way! They treat you nice!
