Eric and the guys at Ridgecap did an amazing job on our roof. They inspected it, developed a plan and help me with the insurance claim. Through the process they assisted me in filing a couple of supplementals with my insurance company which were both approved. My wife and I were impressed from the start by Ridgecap, first, by the excellent professional presentation by project manager Evan Thieme, which explained the roofing process and the material choices available; second, by Evan's constant availability to answer questions and move the project along (replacing all roof shingles with a superior product from Malarkey and also replacing the copper on two roof structures); third, by the job itself, which was done on time and in budget. The roofers, like the project manager, were thorough, polite, hard working, and professional. Many kudos to all of them. Ridgecap did a great job on our roof replacement in April 2022. Eric sat down with us and gave a great overview of both the pricing and the process.
