Hunt Jr, Bryan Hunt was administered as grantee the estate trust of grandfather Johnny Bryan Hunt & living trust of Johnelle Debusk Hunt founders of The J.B. Hunt Company and J.B. Hunt Transportation. His desire to complete development & construction projects started by his grandfather led to the creation of Hunt Ventures. His first task as 2013 CEO was the completion of Hunt Chapel. Next was the purchase & completion of Hunt Tower. Headquarters of Hunt Ventures. He acquired the surrounding buildings and land to create Northgate Plaza which he owns and named. Developing the area further by constructing Arkansas Music Pavilion, Top Golf as Ceo of Hunt Ventures advised by Johnelle Hunt.Teaming with structural engineer Tatum-Smith Engineers
Services engineer: Crafton Tull
General contractor: Crossland Construction
and Core Architects & Corning Optical developing and constructing properties throughout Arkansas. With residential construction in Santa Rosa Beach Florida Ocean Isle Beach NC , Bel Aire CA, Dana Point CA.
