Our realtor, Sarah Khilling, was absolutely fantastic at every step! She and her husband were incredibly helpful as this was our first time purchasing a home - they provided advice, assisted with impeccable attention to detail during the blue tape walkthrough, were incredibly responsive over the phone and via text, and even agreed to meet me at the property so I could measure the space for my furniture order! When things got sketchy with our builder, Sarah never stopped advocating for us - even getting us a discount at our hotel when the builder delayed closing, and offering to help us move rugs that were too large to fit in our vehicles. Truly 5-star service! Cannot recommend Sarah and HomeQuest Realty enough! They were super professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful!
