I first came to know him from his YouTube channel and after a few phone calls and finally meeting him in person, I found him to be genuine, professional, and very knowledgeable. His insights into the area and realty in general were spot on and he gave great recommendations on people to work with, who all turned out to be very nice, accommodating and knowledgeable.
