I tried to become a patient here with Aaron Levy, and after my initial call, I had questions regarding billing and insurance, and was ignored for over a week until my appointment (which I didnt go to because I was never answered) at which point I was called to ask where I was and I let Aarons office know that I wasnt coming because I hadnt received the very pertinent information. At the time, I let them know that because of that, that I wouldnt be coming to the office. A few days later I got a call from the office confirming an appointment I didnt make. When I pointed this out, I got a text message telling me that, despite my cancelling my appointments, and telling them that because of the new patient neglect that I wouldnt be going, they apparently wanted to make another appointment and went ahead and did so without my knowledge. It was incredibly unprofessional, bordering on incompetent, and I cannot recommend putting time and effort into them.
