EDIT: So after 6 months or so of excellent pizza, it's gone downhill again. Soft crazy bread, stale tasting pizza crust. I don't know if the leadership changed again, but for a few blissful months, we could get delicious pizza on the cheap. Unfortunately, the dream is over and things are back to normal. We'll be going to Marcos instead. I've had bad experiences here before, but something has definitely changed! Maybe new management? The hot-and-readys taste WAY better than they used to! The crust, the cheese, all of it tastes more fresh and crispy. Very happy to have a cheap dinner so close by, my family will definitely be visiting more often!

I've been to this location 3x, and the last 2x, the pizza had very little sauce. The first time, I arrived close to noon on a weekday, and the restaurant doors were locked and there was no one manning the drive-thru. A week or so later, I made my second trip. I asked about their hours, and told them about the odd first experience I had. The guy behind the counter was arrogant, and basically called me a liar, telling me I WAS mistaken, as their doors were unlocked and the drive-thru open on the day and time I was asking about. The pizza was really dry, so I looked under the hood. There were maybe 2 Tbs of sauce on the whole large pizza, with only the crevices in the crust having any red color at all. I didn't go back until after the remodel, hoping the place might be under new management. Again, the pizza had maybe 2 Tbs of sauce. From now on, I'll take the extra time to go to the Bentonville location. Their pizzas always have plenty of sauce.

they took over 45 minutes for less than $20 worth of cold food with abysmal customer service.

well, there is no more tornado warnings or anything just rain! little boy came to window after 7 mins of waiting. simple i ask what time do you guys open? he replied with a sarcastic reply when there isnt a tornado. we do at 8. like? shocked. we just drive off.
