Ms. Melanie is very kind and thoughtful. She answered every question, replied to every message in a timely manner, always kept us informed any time there were changes, and honestly helped us when we were having issues. When we met her in person to close on our house, she was just as amazing, kind, and patient with us as she was over the phone. Very lovely person.

Melanie Brasuell and Jessica McKinney were STELLAR!! Communication was excellent, making our home loan process for our move to another state far less stressful. They communicated clearly, insured we were up-to-date and current every step of the way. We started our loan while still looking for a home to purchase, transitioned once we found our home, and they never missed a beat - getting us from application to Clear to Close in about 3 weeks.
