Jessica was recommended to me for loan assistance in purchasing a home in NW Arkansas. Since we live in Texas, getting just the right lender was a big concern. Even though she knew that we were also working with another lender, she didn't take offense, and was always cheerful and positive. By keeping in touch constantly, she got us the best interest rate and overall lending fees possible. So, we're fixing to close on a home next week, and we couldn't be happier with her and Gateway Mortgage.

Jessica was such a great help. She didnt mind my after hours texting, emails to find out information. She kept me up-to-date with everything. Answered every question I had, she was just amazing and if I ever need a loan again I am definitely using Jessica. She has definitely helped me and my family have some thing weve always wanted and we appreciate her very much.

Jessica and the rest of the Gateway Mortgage team were great! They clearly communicated what documents were needed on our end which made for an overall smooth experience. I would especially like to call out Jessica who came through in a clutch for us when we had just had a bad experience with a separate lender. After looking at a couple different lenders, we decided to go with Jessica to help us with the purchase of a new home. She was always professional, and many times reached out to let us know what she would need from us even prior to needing it. She responded promptly and courteously to any phone calls or emails, and was very transparent about the entire process. She even came to the closing to make sure everything was in order and went smoothly. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
