Ear Nose & Throat Center Of The Ozarks

I have had breathing problems for several years. I saw Dr. Sloneker today and I couldn't be more pleased. He took time, listened, and discussed my chronic condition and made some great suggestions and explained everything very well. We are new to the area and I am thrilled to have found such a capable physician and practice. I worked in a medical practice for over 30 years and would recommend. Yes, sometimes appointments run behind especially later in the day. But if the doctor takes time with you and doesn't rush you through because of other patients waiting that is a plus.

Dont waste your time here, they wont call you back. We tried so many times to schedule an appt and the so called schedular never called us back

In 3 visits to this place Ive waited 20, 30 and what would have been close to 60 minutes respectively PAST my scheduled appointment time to even go back to the patient/exam rooms. Once there, its usually another 10-15 minutes average before the physician finally comes in. Ozarks ENT you need to learn TIME MANAGEMENT because the rest of us have lives and jobs to get back to ON TIME. FRUSTRATING!!

My first rating was 5+ stars. I was and still am very happy with my first Dr there (for my Meniere's Disease). If it were not for her, my rating would now be 1star. My 2nd Dr there seemed pretty amazing to begin with. All the way up until surgery he was very nice and patient with my questions. BUT the minute surgery was over, he was done with me. No follow up appointments. No checking on me. I was on my own to get stitches out. I could've died from complications and they would never have known or cared it seems. I'm more than 30 days out now and still haven't heard from them. Even after several voicemails and text messages. This is not acceptable. Shame on you!
