Allstate in general. This is my agent, but I have never contacted in anyway. It is just an auto assigned agent. The company is horrible in general. Claims have been hit or miss. I have filed 5 claims. Home and auto.. Two of which went well. The first was a vehicle hit mine, and went well except the company they recommended for the repairs did a poor job. Passable, but not to my standard. The second I was at fault and was only a few days to get everything sorted. There are three bad ones though. One I asked them to close because I would pay out of pocket due to the difficulty in their process. The second the adjuster came out, and did not doing anything useful.. Basically was told by a different agent they hired a third party to deal with it. They basically denied it since they wanted to avoid paying out when other people in my neighborhood were covered. The third is currently underway, and is going poorly. They don't answer the phone. They have taken three weeks and have not communicated a resolution. Strongly considering getting an attorney. They provide the cheapest rental possible, and only for 30 days. If I did not have a second vehicle I would be without a vehicle in a week. Or pay out of pocket for a rental. I have never had an issue take this long. They will not return calls, and barely answer emails.

Ive been with this local agency from the current owner to the previous. I havent ever had any issues, and when I needed help or questions answered it was done very fast.
