        An accident is frustrating enough, but to be fed nothing but incorrect information that resulted in a waste of both my time and my money makes it even more frustrating. Customers look to you to give them the information they don't have. I don't work in insurance, therefore I hired an agent to help me with these matters, but what's the point of having someone local if I have to get a call from an out of state adjuster to give me the correct information. Looking into other agencies at this point.
