It's Electric

I've had them out to do electrical work a couple of times and to check on my hot water heater. They've always been prompt and professional. I've been very happy with the work they've done.

I called at 3 pm on the Friday before Christmas, which means it's emergency hours, and I was in panic mode because family are arriving. I was patched through to Matt, who was more than patient and gracious in listening to me, asking his questions, and he helped diagnose the issue over the phone. He walked me through what turned out to be a fairly common issue with breakers overheating and saved me an emergency service and fee. No charge for the phone call! It's so refreshing to talk to someone who genuinely wants to help. I will be calling them for future service needs and referring them to neighbors, family, and friends.

I will recommend It's Electric to anyone wanting quality work at a reasonable price. They responded very quickly for my quote and scheduled the work quickly. Baldomero the electrician worked really hard and did quality work. He installed two ceiling fans and both the inside and outside electric panels. He solved the problems that come with an older home and we now have a much safer home. The staff and Baldomero were very courteous and friendly. Call It's Electric and you will not be disappointed. Getting a quote was like pulling teeth. Perfect 5 stars? This review will probably be removed too but just know you lost thousands in business since the estimate was such a headache.
