My daughter was able to find a nice dress here for a decent priceHOWEVER, the customer service here is offensively atrocious. The mean girl attitude that was displayed buy all your workers was infuriating. Not one of them greeted anyone walking in the store, offered any assistance or even showed they possessed manners of any sort. Im 6 months pregnant and one of your workers literally pushed me out of the way to hang a dress up. Really? Does the owner truly endorse that type of rude treatment towards the people keeping them in business? Perhaps they should pay attention to how many other reviews say the same thing? Do better. All youre allowing is your staff to ruin what should be a fun and memorable experience for us.

I took my cousin a couple of times for prom dress shopping and we found her dress! The employees were helpful and very nice. They had a lot of options.

We were shopping for prom dresses and this place was mentioned. We made the trip and it didnt disappoint! We found just what we were looking for!

While the dress choices are great; the girls working were quite rude. Didnt acknowledge us as we came in, when I asked if we could start a fitting room (with like 8 prom gowns on my arms) they told me I could pick a room. They didnt once offer to help. They were too busy with a friend in the only other room with a customer. Very poor service.

Experienced the rudest customer service while shopping for my daughter's homecoming dress. There are better quality options out there. I also sent a message through IG and never heard back from corporate.
